By purchasing or accessing any product or service from A Muslim Homemaker (AMH), you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. Please read carefully before payment.

AMH / we / us / our: A Muslim Homemaker or Umm Dawud.
Client / you / your: The purchaser, subscriber, or participant.
Services: Coaching, mentorship, group programs, memberships, courses, workshops, and digital products (including eBooks, worksheets, recordings).
Initial Call (Mentorship): The first scheduled 1:1 call after purchase for the Personalised Mentorship.
Ceases to exist: AMH’s permanent closure or inability to deliver Services (e.g., business dissolution).
Working days: Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
UK Time: 10 – 3 PM, UK Time Europe/London time.
Faith-aligned environment: Please ensure privacy and modesty standards. Do not play AMH videos/audios out loud where non-mahram men may hear.
Respectful behaviour: Abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive conduct (to AMH or other clients) may result in immediate removal without refund.
No recording or redistribution: Do not record, screenshot, scrape, share, or distribute live sessions or materials (except as expressly allowed below).
Coaching is for guidance and personal development based on Islamic principles.
Not therapy, counselling, medical, financial, or legal advice. For such needs, consult a qualified professional.
We do not guarantee outcomes (marital results, personal changes, income, etc.). Results depend on your effort and circumstances.
AMH is not an emergency/crisis service. If there is risk of harm, contact emergency services. Where legally required or if there is a serious, immediate risk, we may notify appropriate services.
Delivered electronically.
All sales final — no refunds. Payment processor fees are non-refundable.
No refunds after the Initial Call (significant personalised planning occurs beforehand).
If Initial Call has not taken place and AMH ceases to exist or the Coach can no longer deliver the program, you will be eligible to a full refund.
If Initial Call has taken place and AMH ceases to exist or the Coach can no longer deliver the program, you will be eligible to a 50% refund.
Session expiry: Unused sessions must be completed within 1 year of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Recurring monthly billing until cancelled.
To cancel, you must inform us before your next billing date. Payments already made are non-refundable.
If AMH ceases to exist or the Coach can no longer deliver the program, the membership ends automatically; no refunds for prior payments.
Fee: can be paid in full or in instalments.
Non-refundable once purchased/enrolled.
Your seat is personal and non-transferable.
If AMH ceases to exist, access ends immediately.
No downloading, screen-recording, or sharing beyond what is expressly permitted.
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late arrival: If you are 10 minutes late or more, the session is forfeited.
No-shows/late cancellations: Forfeited and non-refundable / non-transferable.
Your responsibility: Provide a stable internet connection and a private space free of interruptions.
Prices are in GBP (£). You are responsible for currency conversion or bank/processor fees.
Installments: You authorize AMH to charge your card on each due date. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until settled.
Chargebacks/disputes: Initiating a chargeback contrary to these Terms is a breach. We reserve the right to provide evidence to the processor, suspend access, and recover the debt and reasonable admin/collection costs.
Price changes (Membership): We may change subscription fees with 30 days’ notice; you may cancel before the next billing if you do not agree.
All content (worksheets, lessons, frameworks, slides, recordings, templates) is owned by AMH and protected by copyright.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials for your own learning.
Permitted sharing: Worksheets from Homemaker’s Elite and programs may be shared with your husband only.
Prohibited: Republishing, reselling, uploading publicly, sharing in groups, posting on social media/YouTube/Telegram/WhatsApp drives, training AI, or making derivative works without written permission.
AMH keeps your session content confidential and does not disclose it without your consent, except where legally required or there is a serious, immediate risk of harm.
You agree not to disclose or discuss other participants’ identities or contributions outside of AMH spaces.
Data: We process your personal data (e.g., name, email, billing, usage) to deliver the Services and meet legal obligations.
Your rights (GDPR): Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection as applicable.
Retention: We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, legal/accounting requirements, and dispute handling.

You agree that AMH may collect testimonials, feedback, screenshots of messages, and success stories related to the Services.
AMH may publish and share these anonymously (without your name/face/identifying details) on websites, emails, or social media for marketing and educational purposes.
Opt-out: You may request that future (not already published) testimonials/screenshots not be used by emailing {{insert contact email}}. Already published content may remain in place and cannot always be fully removed from third-party platforms.
Be kind, respectful, and constructive. No harassment, bullying, or spam.
No solicitation (no pitching services, coaching, or affiliate links to other members).
No recording/forwarding of calls or community content.
Moderators may remove content or members who breach rules. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to removal without refund.
Official communication is via email and the platforms we designate (e.g., Zoom, community portal).
We aim to reply within 2–3 working days.
Between-session messaging (if included) is for brief check-ins, not full coaching outside scheduled sessions.
You are responsible for having up-to-date software/devices and learning any platform basics.
For security, do not share your login. Suspicious sharing may lead to access suspension.
We may terminate or suspend Services if you breach these Terms, misuse materials, behave abusively, or fail to pay.
If AMH terminates for reasons not related to your breach, we may, at our discretion, offer a fair partial refund proportionate to undelivered Services.
We are not liable for delays/failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, platform failures, illness, bereavement, strikes, epidemics, governmental actions).
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Entire agreement: These Terms form the entire agreement for your purchase.
Severability: If any part is invalid, the remainder still applies.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign/transfer your rights. AMH may assign as part of a business transfer.
